We are still accepting applications. When you are ready to apply, you can download and print the rental application by clicking here: Application Form

Each adult tenant, up to three, must fill out and submit a separate application.

When form is completed, you can mail or bring me the application and $20 fee to 1618 S Cheyenne Ave, Tulsa OK 74119 and put it in my locked mailbox. A routine credit check will be performed.

You can also print out and bring the application and fee to the open house, or you can send the application to me via email at halliwellc@gmail.com or via fax to 1-209-856-8637. The application fee can be paid with cash, or you can send PayPal to jane.halliwell@cox.net.

Frequently asked questions:

q: What kitchen appliances?
a: A refrigerator and electric stove are on site. You may also replace them with your own. Built-in dishwasher and vent-hood microwave are also installed.

q: Gas hookups?
a: Yes, for stove and laundry and heat. Central heat and air.

q: Are pets OK?
a: Dog or cat under 30 pounds needs $200 deposit; additional pets need additional deposit.

q: What's the floor like?
a: Carpet in living room, hall and bedrooms. Tile in kitchen, bathroom, and mud room.

q: Lease term?
a: We prefer people move in and out in the summer, so we are looking for a 10 month lease. Converts to month-to-month at the end, or we may offer you another year lease. A longer lease up-front is also possible, if you want to lock in the low rent for several years.

q: We have poor credit, but we can we pre-pay a year's rent, is this OK?
a: Instead of pre-paying rent, we would consider a large deposit and/or cosigners.

q: Is a later move-in date OK?
a: We prefer someone starts paying rent as soon as possible. If your current lease isn't up until the end of July, consider paying rent at both locations...that way, you can move at your own convenience.

q: When is deposit/rent due?
a: Entire deposit is due when lease is signed. First month's rent is due when we give you the key. Usually we sign a lease and give you the key at the same time.

q: What if we move in mid-month?
a: Then we can change the day rent is due, or we can pro-rate the first month.

q: Section 8?
a: Section 8 is fine.

q: Rent-to-own?
a: Not at this time.
